1. Eligibility and Account Registration

To open an account and access the services offered on k44444, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

k44444 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal entertainment purposes only, subject to these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any k44444 content without prior written authorisation.

k44444 may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if k44444 reasonably believes you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful to k44444, other members, or third parties.

Prohibited Jurisdictions

The k44444 platform is intended solely for use by eligible players in Bangladesh. You must not access or use k44444 from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of k44444 complies with the laws of your jurisdiction at all times.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on the k44444 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). k44444 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits

Currency and Conversion

All balances, bets, winnings, and bonuses on k44444 are held and displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion is applied to BDT transactions. Players depositing via international card products (Visa, Mastercard) may be subject to a currency conversion by their card issuer if their card is not denominated in BDT.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Offers

k44444 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, free from errors, or entirely secure at all times. k44444 shall not be liable for any losses arising from temporary unavailability of the Platform due to technical maintenance, server issues, third-party payment provider outages, or events beyond k44444's reasonable control.

In all cases, k44444's total aggregate liability to any member for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Privacy and Data Protection
